Monica Luca, owner & founder of Luca Resources, established herself as an independent business manager in New York City providing bookkeeping and management services to small business owners who sought a part-time solution to their full-time day-to-day business operations.

Since 2000 Luca Resources has performed daily office operations for various types of firms including Architectural, Interior Design, Construction, boutique Brokerage firms and Web/Graphic design companies typically with 1 to 10 employees.

Based in the Hudson Valley of New York State, Luca Resources offers its services to businesses throughout the United States and specializes in working remotely. Having relocated to the Hudson Valley in 2008 we have continued to successfully work with our long-term New York City clients providing them the same professional, reliable, and accurate services as if we were in their offices.
